Can we talk here?

Circle Chats are informal gatherings in members' homes where we get together and discuss issues related to being part of a multi-cultural family.

Look for a chat in your area and come join us! And, if there is no chat in your area, consider hosting one. Children may be welcome at some chats, check with host for details. Contact Heather Tarleton for information regarding specific addresses and phone numbers for hosts.

Become part of the celebration!

The IFC needs volunteers to help with planning next year's Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebration -- this event has been a great success in past years but we need volunteers to help coordinate and execute the event.

Tell us your story!

For upcoming issues of The Collage. Tell us your story! If you are an interracial couple, how/when did you meet, were there any obstacles to overcome? If you're an adoptive interracial family, how did you make the decision to adopt interracially. What obstacles did you have to overcome? What was it like?

If you have questions or would like more information on other ways to get involved, email us at committees@interracialfamilycircle.org.
We'd love to hear from you!
